ABOUT OUR BREWERY
We brew each batch on our manual, electric five barrel system ensuring that every beer gets the attention that it deserves. We don’t rush things, time is unquestionably better than a filter for beer.
We started brewing kombucha because as much as we love beer, we also love having a non-alcoholic alternative that keeps us refreshed and feeling well. Kombucha is a traditional fermented tea beverage known for its wealth of pro-biotics. Each batch starts with a blend of organic green and black teas, white sugar and filtered water. It’s then fermented by our house SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) until it has reached the perfect blend of acidity and sweetness. We then concoct unique flavors using fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and woods to keep your palette.
